of facial hair in females, acne, insomnia, depression, increased rage,
kidney problems, liver problems, and heart conditions. As a teenager
you need to stick to natural bodybuilding so that you can be able to
avoid the above side effects.

bodybuilding;
1. Set Clear Goals
If you do not have a mental picture of how you
want to look at the end of your training, you will not succeed in
bodybuilding. The ability to form a clear picture of how you want to
look at the end of the training will help you stay focused in your
training. Focus is the key to succeeding in bodybuilding. If you do not
stay focused, you are likely to quit especially if you are not getting
instant results in terms of your muscle growth.
Before you begin bodybuilding you need to know in
